Once a service is booked, a payment is made, or work has commenced, a change of mind, cancellation request, change in business requirements, failure to use the service, or dissatisfaction arising solely from personal expectations does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Customers are encouraged to review the service description, project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and applicable terms carefully before making a payment.

Where a customer requests cancellation, any outstanding obligations, work completed, expenses incurred, and treatment of payments will be determined by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

Exceptions required by law: Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any refund, cancellation right, withdrawal right, or other remedy that PawanTechLab is legally required to provide.
